RETURNS


Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and in the same condition as when you received it,

  • be returned in its original packaging.


Items Excluded from Return or Exchange

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items


Required Proof

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment within a few days.


Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).

  3. Contact your bank (posting delays are possible).

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are excluded from refunds.


Exchanges

Exchanges are granted only for defective or damaged items.
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@dyn-solution.de.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return via email once we receive the item.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for an exchanged item may vary depending on your country of residence.

For items valued at over €75, we recommend:

  • using insured shipping, or

  • a trackable shipping service.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment.
