We ship to virtually any address within the European Union. Please note that certain products may be subject to restrictions, and some items cannot be shipped to all countries.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery times based on item availability and the shipping options you select. Depending on the shipping provider, estimated delivery dates may be displayed on the shipping page.

Return conditions

You can return most new, unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return was due to our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).

If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance – we will process your request promptly and send you a return label.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package being handed over to the return sender—although in many cases, refunds will be processed sooner. This time includes the shipping time for the return shipment to us (5 to 10 business days), the processing time for your return shipment after receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
